IP Tracer Needed

Okay, idk if this is in the right section, or if Sythe even has a section for this kinda stuff.... But basically a close friend of mine had this guy add her on Facebook about a month ago, right around the time her and her boyfriend broke up... This guy started talking to her and she then thought it was weird that he was attracted to her, due to the fact he was 'hot' to her. She loves anime, especially Death Note, and this guy is dressed like and sitting like L Lawliet... She thought something was up yesterday, so she did a little poking and prodding, and found 90% of his pictures were on google... She called him out on it, and he was like oh this is an undercover facebook because my ex is psycho or whatever.... She basically thinks its her ex boyfriend, one of his friends, or someone creeping on her..... Basically if you know how to track someone via Facebook, so she knows who it is, post here.... She's willing to pay $25 for it.. Basically she just needs info to find out who it REALLY is... I was thinking someone could trace the IP used on the account he messages her from, and see if it's linked with any other accounts on Facebook... Or just trace it to wherever he lives, so she can find out who it is before calling the police.... If your interested, and have the skills to do this, please post here.... (If theres a section for this kinda stuff to be in, please move it, as I couldn't find it)

You can't trace people through Facebook I'm afraid, if your friend thinks she's being harassed then she could contact the authorities where they will deal with it.

 

You can actually. Can't talk about it here though. I am sure if you look around you will be able to find it. There are also other options as well that would be easier.

 

You can't get it easy through Facebook, I'm pretty sure you need a warrant. Just convince him to go to a website and setup an ip logging script and get him to go to it.
