Killer999 Ban dispute Answer

On my last appeal Cosrobo97 said I had to pay back everyone who was scammed by the hacker who hacked my Email.
As I said I wasnt hacked on sythe but on my email well the hacked scammed people under my name. How can I know who got scammed on my email ?
Well I would like to hear how many people who actually got scammed so we could figure something out

P.S My Email is secured as well as my accounts like sythe etc so nothing to worry about it was a simple keylogger witch wont come again.
