Staff Feedback

All of the mods are doing a good job, spam reports are being done quickly Good work by everyone (including the new mods )

 

KenPen actually still on my iPhone I have a job now so we will see how it goes working 40+ hours a week.

 

SuF has entered into his global-modship with a finesse rarely seen these days. He's always doing something solely for the betterment of the community. He's perpetually helpful in every aspect, respectful to every member, and his intellegence is beyond compare when something needs solving. It's a pleasure to work with him.

 

I am glad to see you back on staff. I've been Hoping for a return and I can't wait to do more work on staff with ya.

Zerk - One of my new friends. Keeps me sane these days. I appreciate talkin to you.

Cskiff - Where you be brah? We need to speak one of these days.

 

Video - Considering you were only promoted yesterday, I've got to say you've been doing a terrific job! Keep up the awesome work, I'm very pleased at your promotion!

Giddy - Extremely disappointed with your recent response on the promotion thread (Here) Personally I find that was pretty immature for you to say, its fine if you don't like certain users and stuff but that response is openly displaying you don't, you didn't say who but IMO that makes it worse, one of those new staff members, most likely some of them might have asked you if it was them you meant, now probably feel a bit uncomfortable. As you know, one of the things we actively pursue as staff is to remain a team and unified, its the same reason why we defend eachother in feedback, the reason why we keep criticising staff feedback from staff within the staff lounge, to prevent signs of dis-unity on the team. But your response goes completely against that.

+1 to everyone that cleaned up the 30+ pages of spam reports.

 

Verts - Huge thanks to Verts who gets barely any recognition here, She answered quite a few PM's over the past few days regarding some issues, And always responded in a timely and decent Manor, Many thanks for your help over the past few days.

 

Major props to Video and Pockets. We couldn't have done this without them

 

Looks like the new mods are getting knee-deep in gritty stuff, good job guys.

 

I'd just like to say what a great job the new staffs have been doing. It's usually normal to have new staffs do a ton of reports on their first day(s), but I think they will be keeping it up for a while.

Especially Video, he's done quite a few reports of mine, old and new.

Cosrob97 - Always in the disputes section and I'm guessing in the Market also (search is down). Keep doing what Cosrob does best!

Determinate - Probably on of the best Sectionals I've known since the start on here. You weren't as active as you were last year, but you are still fairly active, so no complaints there.

FlyingToast - I never see you anymore, at all. I will admit I almost never go into the WoW section though.

Malakadang - I love your posts in the SFA, and you always stay on top of spam reports and such. Why invisible mode though?

MohtasaUnique - I was so happy at your return ^_^ you're one of the few ex-staff I would actually be happy to see return. You've been modding non-stop since you were re-promoted and I know you will go on to do great things.

Pk Frenzyy - Regardless of what some people may or may not have said, you're doing absolutely fine as a moderator. You stay on top of spam reports for the RS section, and try and do scammer reports whenever you can. I know I've said this already, but there is honestly nothing negative to say about you. I look forward to when you are allowed a 2nd section

Pockets - I saw your promotion coming at some point, I think Market was a perfect section for you to be promoted to. Due to the search being off currently for the site I can't see spam reports as easily, however I know you're doing an amazing job as soon you were promoted.

Punjabi3 - You've been destroying the dispute section + scammer section as usual. I hope you stay with us for a long time

Spraynwipe - I rarely go into the Graphics section, but I know you're modding fine and you always try and take the time to post in other places as well. I don't see you tons, but whenever I do I always find your posts positive to read and such.

Superman123321 - I see you've been making good use of your Community perms. I also see your attitude seems to be improving now from a few months back where some would would give you 'negative' feedback, which I won't go into here. Whatever you're doing at the moment, keep doing it. I have yet to see a post off you I dislike and to be honest I see you becoming one of my favorite Sectionals again.

They be trippin - 'They be moddin' . I know you'll do a fantastic job in Off-Topic, even when the search is down you still mod regardless. I think one or two people may have been trying to annoy you or get you down after your promotion. The best thing to do is just ignore them, I have yet to see anything bad to say about you (and I don't think I ever will).

Video - I don't think there's anything much to say about you. As soon as you were given moderator status you were ripping through the spam reports and such like a beast. It's almost like you've been a mod before . I see you've started in the dispute section as well, which is great. Keep it up mate.

Zerkerfist - You've been... amazing. You've been running through the dispute/scammer/spammer/RS sections like anything. You always put the time aside for the Personal Support section and of course helping people with personal support when they need it whether it be via MSN or the PM system. Just keep doing what you're doing is my best advice, and make sure you never change.



Blupig - I think I'm the only one that leaves you feedback or even knows you exist . Regardless, you do a lot of stuff on the site which for some reason goes massively unnoticed by many people. I love your coding services you offer and may even have you make something for me some day. I love how you can always calm me down or someone else down if they're worrying over something which is nothing. I hope you stay here for a long long time.

Clashfan - I know you're around, but you've been pretty quiet these past few weeks. Regardless you're still an amazing Global in my opinion.

CSkiffingt1 - You've been away for the last week or so, so I don't suppose I can really give you feedback for the last few weeks . You mod fine regardless and I know if anyone can solve a problem it's Corey.

Djweasel - It was fantastic to see you managed to get a job the other day mate. You've still been locking threads like anything and you always post when you can. It's incredible how all of this is achieved from an iPhone. I hope to join you on Xbox starting from tomorrow. Congrats on your job again.

Giddy - I don't think the post you made in the promotion thread (which has been deleted now) was THAT bad, and I'm pretty sure you were just Giddy being Giddy. Although I would maybe avoid posting something like that again, I doubt anyone was offended by it but there could be a misunderstanding especially if a new staff member doesn't know you very well. Aside from that, you still do scam reports when you can and you still post around the forum when you can.

n4n0 - I find your activity goes up and down, although it's mostly up. You're very busy a lot of the time but you still manage to find the time to reply to me on MSN if I bring something up or just want to chat about something off-topic. I'm not sure we'll see each other online as much at the same time after you go back to the USA, but I'm pretty sure we'll still see each other a lot and I know you will still be on Sythe regardless of which part of the world you are in.

SuF - I think you're one of the best Global promotions I've ever seen (I know you were a Global in the past). You'll always address an issue I bring up on MSN and always seem to give a reasonable opinion on anything we talk about.



FireZ - You've been the usual FireZ, hammering away at ban evaders and scammers on the site. I know some poeple may been 'criticising' the fact the fact that you veto certain pardons and such, but to be honest I know you would never veto unless you were 100% sure or didn't have a good reason to.

Govind - I haven't seen you around, but I know you are actually around. I know you do a lot of behind the scenes and such, so keep doing that is all I can say.

Matthew - You've been doing the usual approving donation ranks/titles and such as you always do. I always love a Matthew post, but I know you're very busy with University and such. Keep approving those donation requests!

Nick - Some would say you're inactive, but I see you on almost every day. Like I said before, it would be nice to see you post a little bit more to let everyone know you still exist ^_^. I know administrators do a lot of behind the scenes though, so I suppose you are probably doing a lot of that also.

Sythe - It's actually been really nice to see you posting around more and such. The site performance definitely seems to be improving and I look forward to when we can finally upgrade to VB4 for Sythe.org. Your memes in the "Sythe meme's" thread are probably some of the best ones in there. There isn't a meme you haven't made yet that I haven't giggled at. It's fantastic to hear you'll hopefully be more active over the coming months and I hope you decide to spend some time in the SFA, I always enjoy hearing your opinion on a subject.

Verts - We haven't spoken in a while. I know you reply to PMs instantly and with informative answers and you'll deal with anything that comes up. I know you do a ton of behind the scenes and I know you're always in the IRC, keep the activity up!

Just wanted to say that I PMed video earlier about a concern and he jumped on it and had it solved before I knew it.

I would also like to say that I am very glad to see Richard back posting around the community. I thought he had become estranged from the site he started, but I am glad to see he is still actively here for us.
