I have a Limited Paypal account with $20 on it
Since I can't buy MS points with the money,I wanted to see if someone would be willing to make a trade? I want either a 1600 MS point US code,or an XBL 3 month.

You can't do anything with someone else's limited account, this is pointless...

 

You can change the e-mail/pass,add a credit card,and make it yours.

 

not allowed, and probably fruading, anyways, you'd need the same name on credit card anyways this account is worth nothing.

 

Take the pp $ to amazon and buy a code, they email you it

 

thats most likely an acount that omeone used to scam and he is only dealin because there is an open dispute

 

Im interested in more info. If you can prove taht you own that PP account, and weather its CAD, USA, ect type of paypal account. Unless you can prove its your pp account then i say neigh.
