Question about selling accounts

Is this the right part of the forum to post this?

Anyway, how do people go about selling accounts that are connected to their email? It would be nice if Jagex let you just disconnect the email from the account, but the only way to take yours off is to change it..

 

They transfer the email to the other persons during the transaction or remove the email. There is actually methods to disconnect it, try this http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1209289

 

You can remove emails by clicking email preferences from your login screen, and then clicking unsubscribe from all jagex communications. Then put in your email and the subsequent code.

Side note: the lock/unlock method listed above is actually quite risky because there is a possibility that you will be unable to unlock the account at all
