You are not allowed to directly advertise something via a new thread and such. You are allowed to advertise in your signature provided it follows the Sythe fules.

Links to offsite websites & youtube videos.
You are allowed to link other websites and You-Tubbe videos provided they are not malicious or break the Sythe rules in any way.

Anything really, just no porn, viruses or anything that would be looked down upon/goes agains the rules.

Allowed, provided there's no malicious links or anything.

How to post and can videos be posted with editing the topic?
You can post You-Tube videos using and putting the video ID between the tags.

What size can the youtube video be posted,is it fixed size?
There isn't a limit, but using the default one is recommended.

If so can advertisement be bought for money and what limits are there?
I'm not sure what you mean by this, if you mean advertising on Sythe then you would need to contact the site owner (Richard) regarding this.
