Basically it is a form of scamming as you are stealing goods from another user without their consent. Creating available names is completely fine, but sniping them is not acceptable. I suggest you reconstruct your original post as you might have some confusion of the meaning behind the term "snipe", also you should request a thread name change because the title is very misleading. With all due respect, this name is half-rare at best. Although you claim it is a real life name, it must be an extremely uncommon one.
