Looks too good to be true but its legit so far. Not sure if swagbuck is earning money or losing them.

 

They earn money with the same methods of other search engines like google, yahoo, etc. From what I understand peoples' search history is valuable research to advertisers/merchants. On top of that they have surveys, deals with companies like netflix which reward swagbucks if people purchase it, advertisements on videos that earn swagbucks, and a section where you can sell old electronics to swagbucks (which they resell for profit). There's definitely other ways they make money, that's just some of them. Anyways, if you want to use the site you'll earn more by by signing up with my referral link and getting paid RSGP yourself.

 

I can see how someone would benefit off this, but I don't see the point of a referral. Mathematically, anytime I earn points, if I use you as a referral, you earn the exact same.Therefore, if I spend a set amount of period of time, I earn only half of what you earn because you earn (my cut + whatever you earn from your own searching). Basically, there is no reason to use you as as referral.

I just searched up Swagbucks and I realized that if I spend a long period of time and accumulate enough points, I could buy something physical like a PS3 and just sell it off and make more money. You are using the decreasing price of RSGP + the RSGP:Real Life currency ratio to sustain this which in reality, it is much easier to use the bucks and get the Paypal card or whatever prize you want instead of having you get a cut off us. The way I see it, there should be some sort of premium for letting you use us as a referral.

 

It's quite simple actually.
No referral link: 100 swagbucks = 100 swagbucks
Referral link: 100 swagbucks = 100 swagbucks + 1m RSGP

Which do you prefer?

And it's worth it on my part, 100 swagbucks = 1/7 of $5 (assuming you get paypal giftcards).
