How do I recover my sythe account if I do not remember my password?

My Sythe account that I used to use was Jama, but I don't remember my password nor email account. Is there anyway an admin could tell the email of it so I could recover my account? I can provide my old password and you guys can even check my current internet provider because it is the same as the last time I logged into it. I haven't been here since last year.

 

When you registered you entered a specific recovery phrase in case something like this happened.

If you remember your recovery phrase there should be no problem, but if you don't staff will be willing to work with you to figure it out.

If you're on the same IP address, then there is a chance. Just post in the section above with all the info on your old account you have, and hopefully they will be able to find it.
