Why were you staking a red partyhat when you owe people money in the first place? You were by no means going to win even if he didn't glitch on you, at best you had a 50% shot. When these people lent you money, I'm sure they didn't intend that you'd be gambling it on worse than coin-flip odds.

I have absolutely 0 sympathy, these people who trusted you with their money had better get paid. This is a truly despicable thing that you've done

Staking or not, I think it is bad you leave when you owe people money. It sucks what happened to you but you lent there money and promised them a swift return. Should stay and stop being so selfish and work harder to get there money back and yours.

Might come off harsh, but its a tough world, You cant just quit at every option someone does anything to you to benefit off.

You have a questing gig, should stay and make money off that and pay them off one by one.
