    Blood head rush

Just found this section. I read a few threads and a problem of mine sprang to mind.

So I've not had this for a month or so but if I move my neck, just above my ear then maybe an inch towards my forehead I get a rush and it tingles and I go light headed. I don't want to ask anyone in case its serious.

Please somebody help me with advice etc..

Although you don't want to ask others.. It's probably best to see a doctor.
I have pretty bad neck problems as I injured mine when I was younger and I don't have anything like that :/
Neck problems can be very serious and can effect your whole body. You don't want to be paralysed or anything just because you didn't want to speak to somebody. I doubt it's that serious, but get it checked out.

Cheers for the advice, I'm flat footed and only recently(2months ago) got treatment and that stemmed knee and back problems which have got dramatically better and I have to say since that they have stopped alot. Could they have been linked?

The back problems could possibly link to neck problems yeah.

It sounds to me like maybe that particular head movement is causing you to pinch a nerve in your neck, which is causing the tingling/numbness feeling.

It is a fairly common problem and happens to lots of people. But as always - to be safe you should go see your doctor and get it confirmed that it's nothing. It if ONLY occurs when you move your head in that particular motion, then I wouldn't be too concerned about it though. It's most likely nothing :)
