Need someone canceling email address and recovery questions on runescape!

    Need someone canceling email address and recovery questions on runescape!

    I know how to remove recoveries.

    The only thing is you need to have enough information on the account to do a recovery test via, "I forgot my password" on the Runescape site.

    1. Click the "I forgot my password" button when going to log onto your RS account.


    2. You should get a page like this:

    From here, click "next" until you come to the manual recovery page.


    3. First, the recoveries will be at the top. Check both boxes. (One says "I don't recognise this questions" ... The other is "I don't have any recover questions set")


    4. Enter all the information you can think of to recover this account. Think back and try no to leave blank spots. Make sure the E-mail you enter at the bottom is valid, and you have access to it.


    5. Submit the appeal.


    6. Go to the E-mail address you set for the appeal. Here you must wait for and E-mail from Jagex saying "Your appeal was accepted". This could take anywhere from 1 minute - 24 hours. The better your appeal was, the faster it will come.


    7. If you are here, you have received the E-mail from Jagex saying that your appeal was accepted. DO NOT FOLLOW THE LINK IN THE E-MAIL.


    8. Go to Runescape and start the game. Try to log into the account that you are removing recoveries from. If a message pops up saying "Your account is locked" then you are on the right track. On the message, there should be a "recover your account" option. Click this.


    9. Again, do not enter a E-mail address, and proceed to the manual recovery. Again, you must check the two boxes about your recoveries. (One says "I don't recognise this questions" ... The other is "I don't have any recover questions set")


    10. Fill out the information. It can be exactly the same as before.


    11. Again, you must wait for an E-mail from Jagex saying that your appeal was accepted. On this new E-mail, you may click the link to reset your password.


    12. Go log onto RS again, and the recoveries should be "Not set".




    As for E-mail, I have not found a way to delete this. I have tried going to my E-mail preferences, and click un-subscribe, but this hasn't worked for me. You could perhaps try it, and see what happens.

    I dont have acces to the current email address thats the problem.
