    Buying A Party Hat
    Hey guys! Recently just finished paying off some outstanding bills, so I have extra money to play around with. I'm in the United States Navy and serving over in Japan. A few of my buddies here all used to play RuneScape, so we all picked it up again. Okay enough about me...

    I'm looking to buy mainly a green partyhat; however, I will consider purple, yellow, or red as well. I will be paying through PlayerAuctions as I see that it is the only legitimate way to pay for me since there is no Western Union here. Please POST or PM your offers. I do have Skype and MSN, but I rarely get on my MSN. If you are a serious seller I will add you to Skype so we can discuss further.     Sorry man but 10 of those is $590 and that is only 800M. I've been offered a green phat which is 1.1b for $675.
