[Q] MW2 XP Lobby.

Hello guys, this isn't a sale 'yet' but it will be as soon as DJweasle gets MW2 back and i get some feedback on whether this is viable.

My questions to you are:

Does anybody still need MW2 XP Lobbies?
Is it fair to charge in RSGP? If So what are people willing to pay for a 'spot' in my lobby.

A few pointers to point out to everyone.

Modded Lobbies can ONLY give EXP now, There are NO challenge Lobbies not even with a Dev Kit.
Will need '5' People for each time i start a lobby to keep it locked to provide the XP and get into domination NOT TDM.
I 'can' do requests on the patch you would like me to use. For example iHC James, Teh1337's patches ETC. But this will be down to the 5 first people to join.

Im sure you all know how to google the Tu7 update for XP lobbies and how they work.

I have an RGH Slim with latest FSD and Latest Title Updates, Proof will be provided and it will be confirmed by Djweasle as soon as he buys MW2, so there are NO sales until then. And obviously until there is feedback here.

Comment away but NO flaming. I will not be doing Mw3 Recovery services as i do not have a dev kit only an RGH.

 

I should have my mw2 disk in the next 2 days or I could borrow my friends.

 

Theres no rush Djweasel. Would like some feedback on here before i grab you to verify. As i said i will NOT host until verified. But as you will know its not hard to host these days. As long as you have an RGH and a tu7 patch like iHC james. Hopefully a few people post on here. Im getting PM's about this and would rather it stick to the thread. Thanks for the post though weasel i will keep you informed. But no rush on the MW2 disc, I don't want you to go and buy it and then me host on the other main sites that i won't mention here.

To those PMing me about the lobbies, I am NOT hosting anything until verified as i want to keep this as secure for you as possible. This thread is just for feedback for a couple of days. i am NOT expecting you to pay as there is no need for me to buy KV's for my slim as it won't be online. I will be infecting my retail console. Just wondering if people would be willing to donate just for my time and the chance i receive a Gamertag ban. Please POST HERE with thoughts and needs no PM's. This way others can benefit from the conversation.

 

why dont you do a black ops lobby

 

Tbh i don't think people would be willing to pay much for an xp lobby in mw2. I come across them for free every couple of hours or so when i play. Still, you could probably charge a little bit for one. I'd pay a couple of bucks i guess if it was good.

 

It would be probably worth 5 to 10M I assume or 5 bucks.

 

Because black ops is not able to be modded as easy maybe now but I doubt it.

 

Blackops has no infectable patches atm, that i can infect my retail with.

Back on track, What i was thinking is not $5 as thats just not worth it anymore.

If i had 10 People donate for a lobby @ 2m a pop that would suffice. If all else fails i can always host for free. BUT if you have a few mates who WANT a specific patch for Cod4 or MW2 then i will charge the 2m flat rate per player.

And to the other poster as i have stated twice, YES there are free lobbies. As all you need now is an RGH and to have a little sense.

 

Is your lobby a private match? So i can do splitscreen in it?
