realistic phone

i thank i did a good job on it what do you thaink.

this is my phone it is an env touch.
i made this for my jr project in my class for school.
it took about 12+ hours

NOTE: i made all of this in photoshop from scratch.

yeah that does looking really realistic actually lol

 

• I'm not sure why you applied a drop shadow on the upper layers - if you want to use it, make it a lot smaller.
• The striped layer doesn't follow the same contour as the surface it's on. The striped layer seems to be flat where as the layer underneath seems to bend.
• The button with the microphone on it looks fake, try fix the point at where you apply the gradient so that it looks consistent with the top part of the phone.

Basically, if you improve your lighting and the depth you're trying to create with the drop shadow - it will look a lot better.

Pretty amazing stuff there and the fact it took you more than 12 hours tells you how much effort you must have put in for you to create it. Looks very realistic, well done.

 

i fixed it a bit and added a background to it to finish it off, i thank i might be done with it.

its kinda big zoom out if you nee to. (press Ctrl + and Ctrl - to zoom in and out )

 

Looks pretty good, though the top of the phone seems a bit off. I'd try adding a shadow under the whole phone to give some depth to the BG, and the line around the phone could use some improvement.
Last thing you should do it crop the picture some so it doesn't have so much empty space.
