I dont really think in the US they will do that since goverment wont even bother to make a bill....but then again theirs always those dumb -unneeded laws that we have
My question is to all stealers of virtual goods is ? why would you even steal something that dosent exist in real life -only in the internet

Because some virtual goods e.g. RSGP hold some value due to peoples desire to get them without working for them.

People can steal the RSGP, then sell it and make irl money.

Really a lazy approach in my opinion.

How can it be bad for yourself? It proves to the creater/developer that either step up your game, or continue losing profit. Perhaps that you should spend more time with the item, and watch it closely if it is physical. Would it not be considered stealing if you download the virtual item from someone else? Who you are not sure received it legally or not? Should the person who downloaded it go to jail?

Online Theft is too hard to prove in court. You have to prove that it was them sitting in the chair and the consciously made the decision to steal from you. Its too easy to install a Remote Admin trojan on your own computer claim it was a virus which provides reasonable doubt that you did it.

Dealing with those who steal, it would be really hard to prove that they really did it. Anyway yes it should be illegal.

debatable. just because something is intangible doesn't necessarily make it worthless. like knowledge for example....

Why do you think people typically get paid more for having a college education? They get paid more for their knowledge.....which is intangible.

There need to be free will of human.
One man put together two rocks and name it a "million" euro. Second man looking to these rocks and say, that it worth only two rocks for this thing not more. Who is right? Its a global dillema.
Federal reserve bank(private bank) create a virtual 1BLN of dollars and says that IS a money and you may spend it, but ITS a sand and paper in your hands.
