Make sure that you check the spam folder of your email account. Gmail normally block the recovery emails (dunno if it's the same for all providers)

If there is nothing there, just email [email protected] and get them to fix their shit

 

you are wrong avast is not the best and dont bother download or buy it because its crap it doesnt protect you from keyloggers unlike kaspersky IS 2012
been useing it for a year now and i havent even been keylogged or anything tried to run some testes and it blocked the keyloggers

 

You should change all passwords to your emails i just found out today i was being hacked tough Hotmail and they were just recovering my accounts while i always tough it was trojan/keylogg
