Assuming 'Heaven' is real..

So say you die and you go to heaven blah blah. So.. I take it your free will disappears there? You can't come back if you want to?

 

Its not like that mate heaven is real but it doesn't mean if everyone dies they all go heaven theres something called ''Hell'' also only people go there if they break the rules and they do drugs bad things steal etc etc them people will go hell and if they don't respect there parent's them kind of things.

I'm not talking about 'Hell'. I'm talking about 'Heaven'. And what does doing drugs have to do anything? Everything is a drug. If such a place exists, and we are 'souls'/'Energy'/whatever you want to call it, controlling a body.. What's stopping us from doing it again like we did previously.

 

Well no one has been to heaven and came back to actually tell us...there has been cases were people say they died and came back but i dont really belive them...and heaven is real but you might think different or someone else might
your spirit goes to heaven and god / jesus christ cleans you from your sins

Well i really and truly believe that you just rot in ground after you die, but i have toyed with the idea of "heaven" really being more of a state of mind that kinda resonates upon death.. kinda like a dream. But honestly the idea of heaven is just a cop out to quell peoples fears of death and an incentive to follow the rules. Assuming it is real i would have to think its a eternal dream type thing featuring the things that made you happy in life like family friends and other various highlights. Not a cohesive "place" where other people go too.

Oh shit heaven is real? How do you know so much about it? Have you spoken to someone in heaven? Damn dude when did you find this out.

Ignorance and Bliss aren't the same. People are often blissful out of ignorance, but that doesn't mean they're intrinsically related.

What if you donated billions of dollars to charity, saved thousands of lives etc. but were brought up hindu and were never exposed to Christianity? Would you go to hell? If so, then god is a selfish asshole. When you think about it like that, why pledge allegiance to a vengeful/self centered deity?

 

Don't think you'd be able to come back from heaven and why would you want to anyway, It's heaven..

 

Why are you asking this? How would any of us, or anyone else for that matter, know the answer to that? Yeah I know some claim they know the answer, but they don't. No one knows, and it's likely they never will
