Potential Scammer?

Sorry if this is wasting your time but I created a thread asking people what their favourite rs year was and why and at the end of this guys response, he put scamming.

He either tolerates scamming or he does it too, or both.

I'll temp him for now for admitting to scamming, and see how the other staff feel about how long he should be banned for. We've got enough scammers to deal with on this site, and so we don't need another one.
