Some Help With Time to Getting To 99

Hey, have a few questions on how long and what methods I should do to get 99 in these skills.

99 hunter - currently 69
99 smithing - currently 90
99 agility - currently 80
99 crafting - currently 90

 

Need some more information (Are you going to legit or botting?. Is money a problem? etc.)

I will be doing them all by hand, no botting.

 

Hunter - Chins to 70, red sallys to 80, hand-catching butterflies to 99
Smithing - Superheating, Making addy platebodies, addy bolts depends on cash
Agility - Ape to 82, Start gnome advance using summer pies, Move onto barb advance at 87
Crafting - Battlestaves, blackd'hide bodies depending on cash
