Question about reporting on Sythe.

So this guy here:

Is selling his level 138 in RuneScape, he is offering it to pretty much everyone out there selling a pure.

I noticed that in his signature he has some vouches, I went and checked where they were posted, and surprisingly they were not posted on his thread, or directed at him whatsoever.

I offered him an account I had, and we spoke on MSN, he refused to go first even though I told him I have more vouches, and that his vouches are stolen from other people...

Can I report this guy for stealing vouches and trying to make them look his?
I wanted to post this in the spam forum before anything else, please respond and in advance, I thank you for answering my question.

 

This is called fake vouching, and is most definitely a bannable offense. You won't get results from posting it in the spam forum though. Use the Report a Scammer forum located on the home page at the bottom.

False, I've reported people via Spam Forum and got faster responses.

He's an idiot, spamming every single I've created and the ones I've recently posted on accusing me of scamming when I never had any interaction with him, LMFAO.
Even when most of my threads are already dead LOLOL.

Already temp banned, trying to get a perm now, working it out with a mod.

 

If he's temped he'll probably be permed, Sectionals can only temp ban.
