Arcus Insidar is currently violating U.S. Law through "trespass to chattels". I politely asked him for his RS GP selling policy after the situation below occurred:

I wanted to buy 400M off of him. He said okay, but to only send him 300M worth at first. I sent him 300M worth. I was then told that he was only going to sell me 150M. I told him, no, that he needs to sell me the full 400M or nothing. I then asked politely for his RS GP policy, he refused to link me (probably does not have one then). He then proceeded with issuing me a refund.

I wrote a reply about this situation and gave him a bad rating. He got upset and decided to spam my phone number that I had given him via his website (breaking "trespass to chattels"). I proceeded to informing him that he had broken U.S. Law and that I was going to take legal actions against him. This is when he blocked me.



All I am saying is Trade With Caution!
