You are buying 1000M for 550$ and 100M for 65$? So, it would be easier to just sell you 100M at a time at 65$/100M instead of giving you 1000M for a 100$ discount...

 

You are not allowed to require vouches

 

i pay less for great amounts of rsgp, and i pay more for more amounts of rsgp..
and will chance the vouch rule.
