    I come home today after work to find 2 out of 3 account passwords changed
    No one knows my pass's and Im almost 100% positive I don't have a virus, cause my other acc is still fine and my paypal etc...

    Ive sent recovs in and jagex says you know you will recieve an email shortly (because i have emails on the accs) so like ive recovered it but I get no emails? it's really weird, I don't understand, im also wondering - can the fact that I use a tv as my comp screen allow other ppl to see my shit? stupid question possibly

    but anyways wtf is going on? No one knows any info, or anythinng, jagex says they will email me to change pass etc but they donh't... idk

    Probably a keylogger. Have you logged in on one of the still safe accounts? If not then that's why they are not hacked. If I were you I would run a malware scan.

    yeah ive logged in on the safe accs few times alrdy, and I logged in 2 days ago prior today :/

    Keylogger or some sort of Java Driveby you allowed.

    I recommend you download and run Malwarebytes (free)

    it deleted 244* objects o.o
    but this doesnt explain why jagex arent sending me emails? ive recovered via email and Didn't recieve it o.o

    Check if your email havent been hacked. they Might have Changed it while you were Gone

    normally its always been instant, its been like 5 hours now
    nah because when I entered my email it says you know that message like please wait for a email to recover your password, my email is definitely on there

    then you shouldnt have a problem recovering your account and you can just try make a thread on the runescape forum a Moderator will probally help you

    Why don't you just type 2 wrong emails and get to the normal recovery page, and then recover it by typing all info you know.

    this definitely wasn't just some java drive by, my sythe pass attempted to change aswell, and I havn't downloaded anything

    Nope the TV screen does nothing...Keyloggers are very well known for this...you should maybe put a limit of RSGP that you put on those recovered accounts because they can get you off guard and clean you out

    All the symptoms point to a Trojan, not keylogger, if it was undetectable by both a av scan and a malware scan....I've advised this user to do a system restore and if problems exist to reinstall his OS

    Hmm some system restores require a disk that comes with computer/laptop that you bought it with so maybe he dosent have it what else can help?

    Yeah, he's already done the 6 month restore thing, It should technically work, but if it doesn't he's either gunna have to reinstall his OS, take it in to a professional computer repair or buckle down and get a new computer.

    Only things I can think of :/

    Im having the same problem on my maxed boxer I can't change the password and email change codes don't work either I sent in a ticket if I find out anything Ill post here or pm you with where I had to contact to get it fixed.

    I'd run every anti-virus you know.

    Avast is a good one, so is Windows Security Essentials.

    Sometimes the Jagex's emails get delayed if they lock the account to query the matter, otherwise they are instant.

    The email may have been filtered into the junk box which Jagex tell you to check just incase. If that's not the issue, perhaps you changed the email but forgot or something.

    Avast is the best to use.
    But run several different ones and if nothing then for your safety restore it.
