Quest about add ads on sythe.org

Hi, Sythe administrators:
I am Mary Ryan from www.mmohome.com &www.rs4play.com.
I have some requests about ads as following:
1,buy top banner ads like "gold4fun" and "usfine", bought on adbrite few days ago,but still have not received any notification about the ads till now.Also i am not sure if the ads will put on top positon.
2,buy bottom linkages,i emailed to [email protected] 2days ago without any reply till now.

Wish someone can help me to expedite this.
