Defensive quests question

What are the main rune pure quests. I have an old acc w 46 def only having done MM drag slayer fremmy trials

What ones are missing and is it already too failed 0.o

 

It's already too failed if you've taken the Defense rewards from MM. ( only thinking so since it's a quest you've said you've done)

 

if you've taken the rewards from MM make it into a good barrows pure.

 

MM, dt are the main ones and Lost city. Dont take the rewards once you finish MM just complete the quest and thats it dont talk to anyone else after that! or your screwed.

 

This. Those 70 def accounts kicks serious ass, just saying.

 

Nature spirit is the only one that I can think of from memory, necessary for Rfd although there are others.

Its definitely ruined, you can start again or progress to a 70 def
