The average runescape players mind frame.

What are your opinions of the majority of people play runescape. Are there still nice people playing?

Everyone I talk to in game now pretty much plays off these basic rules:

Less xp than you = noob
More xp than you = botted

Less money than you = poor
More money than you = debit card

Why have people become like this so much?

 

The only nice people that aren't ridiculously addicted and such is f2p players.

so true... I'll play in f2p sometimes just to talk to people and chill.

 

never understood why people think having higher skills makes them so much better then everyone else like runescape is hard lol, runescape is just all about time...

 

thats like people in COD who think they are better than you because they have a higher score LOL. that is also just about time..

 

Most of the people who I see in RuneScape are annoying 14-year-old boys who talk about sex, drugs, and other crap that they most likely have never done/experienced. So yeah, I agree with you. Yesterday someone was complaining that they couldn't afford a 40m item. I said it's quite easy to earn 40m, and more than one person said that I probably buy my GP -___- (for the record, I only sell GP lol).

 

Havent added a friend I talk to constantly in over 4 years.

 

I used to talk to people while skilling all the time... I haven't added anyone in Runescape for like 4 years either.

 

i dont really talk to ppl on RS so idc, only talk to ppl ik irl on RS

 

Yeah majority of the people are too much into the game.

They get caught up in the 1337 speak and permanent troll status or whatever you wanna call it and, as a result, are often shit to converse with.

There are a few decent people there, but they are usually like 20+ and are semi-mature lol

 

Most fun people are in world 1 tbh.

P2p are mostly blinded by status and wealth.

 

Well there are some nice people on RS still but they are rare to come by. The last person who came across as nice to me tried luring me, its all about the pixel money these days.

 

So true although I'm fairly nice when I'm on and don't usually make assumptions about people...

 

ive not had a friend on runescape since back in 2006..... we started around the same time and trained together ect.. always having descent convos..
he quit after his friend stole his shit... since then ive never found anyone as descent to talk to, nor do i want too..

i like my sythe friends ones i generally speak tp over msn
