Yes, I reckon someone has done it just to get a lot of XP to get a 99 or close to it.

The amount of lamps that you would get, but it wouldn't be worth paying that much, you're better off buying a VPS and botting your stats.

 

you can if you spend around 1200pounds you can get 99 slayer in about 5-10 hours which would normally take around 1000 hours (earning 13k slayer xp per hour) this has been proven in test of people buying 75+ spins

 

Wouldn't be surprised if someone will do it eventually (if not done already). Waste of money in my opinion.

 

Realistically RS has over a million active players, and I'm sure there's atleast ONE, if not many more who have bought 450 SoF spins for $100. Whether they're in it for the lucky items, xp, or simply RS gambling, there's still people out their who don't mind dishing out a hundred.

 

The ones who Would do it are the ones who don't RWT, never sold gp, money etc because it would be the first time they can pay to make life easier for them.

Honestly, if people out there is bothered enough to spend $99.99 on an in-app purchase on iOS, I surely believe someone will spend it on Runescape as well.
