If you had actually read through the thread, you would have found that the Optimus platform has already been laid in place, and that they are prepping seamless future updates to add to their bot fighting/breaking arsenal.

 

In order to rid of color bots they would have to completely change vital aspects of the game. If they did this people would be more upset than if they just let the bots live. This is my opinion because vets in RS don't like to see their game changed as it has been recently.

 

no sorry optimus has not been released yet this has been confirmed by more then 4 forum mods.

so i advice to do some research before jumping to conclusions.

there are screen shot and also forum post (that I saw personally) made by jagex saying that this is the "first stage" of optimus....

Opitmus does not comes in just one update.

It's a new platform which Jagex have developed to combat botters. Like a system upgrade.

Well at least it's a jagex update. we all know what that means... they are going to screw it up about 20 times before they get it right. Get ur boting in while you can.
