Main training?

Hey all, I am looking for suggestions on what monsters to train on, with the following requirements.

Hi HP Level
Does not hit often through 80 defence.
Hits decently on with 88 str 85 atk with a whip.

 

If you have done defender of varrock you could go to armoured zombies

 

Train at Bandit's its really good exp but it's busy at times so you'll have to hop sometimes.

 

Ghouls if you are going to bot.
Armoured Zombies / Bandits if it's gonna be done legitimately.
If you're F2P, train in the stronghold of security, third level, at the spiders.

100 hp

Yaks if you can find one empty world.

I think it can bring in at least 30k exp/hr for you.

 

Ghouls. Things down in LRC or w/e are good aren't they? Never been, so not sure I'm talking about the correct thing.

what punker said, they are pretty decent + money if you can mine them.

bandits with guthans or ppots

slayer <-- money plus great exp

monkeys at ape atol

 

Bandits if you want to afk.

Armoured Zombies if you are keen on using your whip.

Otherwise check out slayer

 

Hmm thanks for the suggestion people, I think i'll switch between experiments, bandits, slayer and pc.

I'll try get the varrock stuff done too
