    As an Aussie, in the middle of Summer cold showers are sometimes needed but every other season hot is the only way to go.

    Like other people said, it depends on the time of year and what I am doing. If I've been outside in 100 degree heat, then a cold shower feels nice. You're right though, after a while it just feels like warm water.

    Hot hot hot hot hot is the way to go!

    No seriously I start out at 38 Celcius, then slowly move up to 47 Celcius. I really like showering hot.

    Burning hot water.

    Helps me relax, only take cold showers in the summer after playing basketball for hours.

    Exactly the same for me, but sometimes i have a mix between hot/cold when i'm stressed because a semi warm shower but not to hot helps relax you, and keeps your blood pressure down :)

    Do you use cold or hot showers?
    I mainly use hot showers, but after my A/C fucked up in my house, I had to take a few cold showers to cool me off. Now, i just have hot showers with the occasional cold shower.

    They aren't that bad. When you get in, you don't have to immediately have to go to the coldest temp, work your way down.
