    He did the same thing to me, but he found out the hard way that you can dispute 'payment owed' and instantly refunded me. --- Was buying cs:go for 30 USD and agreed half now and half after, sent half, he wanted to check through teamviewer, he then checked the details and then scrolled over 'send payment' I exited the teamviewer, we chatted for a bit so I gave him another shot, so he checked the payment again and then exited our chat on steam but claims he didn't as well as later on claimed that I never paid him when he was looking at my paypal history and the specific details of my payment to his paypal account...and never got cs:go, but he refunded me instead of making me wait 10 days for the dispute to end. Buyers Beware
