    Out bidding A/W?
    Not sure if in the right places, but is it allowed to out bid auto-wins?
    Just seems like pointless to have an auto-win on most threads if that happens.

    I only ask as I'm wanting to purchase a name, I'm not even sure is ready to xfer, and I did the auto-win 150m over the last bid. And got out bid. Which I'm out bid him, but was just curious on that subject.

    That is entirely up to the discretion of the seller. There are no rules or regulations on how people price their products, which means there is no rule or regulation that states that it is not allowed.

    Plus I am sure the seller wouldn't mind taking more than they expected for the name.

    If the seller of the name doesn't mind, then sure. We don't regulate stuff like that, it's all up to the traders.
