So turns out I have been banned for chargeback. Honestly I don't think I should have been banned because both xkronic and this "bawsz" guy are liars. First xkronic says that its his account (and has been for 2 years), then he claims bawsz is the original owner. He claims he knows nothing about the account. Now , according to this thread, http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1388080, he claims that Snow_Patrol is the original owner. I have proof for all of that.

After the account got recovered back in march, i tried to get a hold of xkronic, with no contact at all, until i posted on his pbot account sale thread about an account he had sold me that was recovered. Then and only Then did he start talking to me. Again, he first claimed it was "his account for 2 years before he sold to me". Another lie. According to that thread up there the account was NEVER in his possession. According to bawsz (david ennim smith) xKronic also made 100M profit from the sale of the account. Full of bs i think. And I never "asked him" for an account. You can go back to his sale thread, and obviously i asked to buy that account. I never asked him to find me an account. bullshit. Anyways, he then went on to tell me on MSN that bawsz was the original owner. And he gave me his facebook contact info. So i got a hold of him on facebook. Got a bunch of facebook message screenshots that i could post up. He 'tried' to recover the account as well. of course, with no luck. He finally told me he was not the original owner, but only 'pretending' to be original owner. thats some shady shit right there.

anyways i didn't chargeback for almost two months. After a couple weeks of talking with both of them, with NO LUCK whatsoever, I chargebacked. I figured that was my best course of action. And david ennim smith knew that too. I told him I was going to chargeback, because there was no way I was going to let him keep my $400 without an account.

david said the he owned the account for 7 months. xKronic said he owned the account for 2 years BEFORE he sold to me. It doesn't take a genius to realize that their both full of shit. He even claimed that me and xkronic were friends and trying to bullshit him. Yeah, right. I got better things to do with my life.

I just want to prove that this kid is in face a lieng piece of shit and should never be allowed back on sythe. I don't care if I get unbanned or not, i just want to tell my side of the story. The chargeback was my only option.

seriously this account business is not worth my time and space.
the account was noting to do with me i didnt receive the payment and he knew the account was bawz since he payed him and gave him the information.

when i was banned i owed out quite alot of money which i wanted to pay back out of my will being i owe pockets $100 which i paid back u owe cheese 250M paid back 230M still need to pay the extra 20M but i cant get hold of him.

I didnt have information to recover account the account is useless to me i have a 138 already so it would be waste of my time to scam account i am a $200 donor and have some nice friends in the community aswell some being staff i wouldnt ruin this for an account i would happily pay back any dets i owe and i have i just now owe cheese 20M and cant contract him.

so disrespect but it dont take a rocket science to know im not at all scamming in this trade Bawsz (david) sold him the account he received paypal he gave account information and details he then told me it was recovered months down line now i contacted david he spoke to him now all this because he thought i could recover but i couldn't only way to tell whos got account, is for the original owner to recover and check the ip.

ok so i sold an account through a good friend that i knew for only 2 months
i trusted him and he trusted me so anyway i sold the account
i used snow patrol to middle man my trade. i gave the info to my friend and he passed it on to the buyer. My friend was given $100 for helping me do the trade. a few months later the buyer added and messaged me on facebook saying the account was hacked. I told him to use the recovery info he was given to recover it, he kept saying it wasn't working or something so i tried it, it wouldn't recover.. so he then said he will file a charge back if i dont get it sorted out. I tried everything i could, tried getting into contact with snow patrol (as i was banned and can't check my inbox for the info' in the end he done the chargeback and i lost $400
i am also still - on my paypal. All the money i made from selling headphones was taken away just like that.
I lost an account and i lost $400
