watch the video; money is simply an iou given in place of commodities held at a safe location; it has no value - if you have more ious then you do actual wealth, well...that's inflation - and if you continue to mass print ious; eventually the currency becomes worthless

when you print "ious" from nothing it creates "debt" with no commodities to back it up it has no value

We have some inflation, but it's managable--certainly quite far from the hyperinflation that you're talking about.
