Playerauctions help

Hey guys, I wont blab on I'll keep it to the TL;DR as PlayerAuctions support are bullshit.

I'm new to playerauctions, have just listed a sale offer of an account (about 6 hours ago) and when I click on it in my sale offers tab, it says...

Wait a few minutes and try to access the page or feature again

It says it is 'active' but when I look for it in the account sales section, I can't see it?

Anyone able to help!

 

All I can tell you is that I had the exact same problem a few days ago. I guess they still haven't fixed it. I sent them an email about it, I'll update you on what they say. Here was my message:

When I try to list a runescape account for sale on your site, I get the following error:

This has been happening for a few days now. The account shows up for sale in my profile but it can't be found in the account sales section.

Adrian: 1. Please ensure your computer local time is right, the time difference from correct time should be not more than 24hours at most.

Adrian: 2. Please ensure your browser setting is right and see if it supports cookie? We suggest you had better use IE7,IE8 or Firefox.

Adrian: 3. Please ensure there is no virus programs in your computer and network environment.

Adrian: 4. Check if there are some security programs blocking PA site or block cookie operation from PA site.

Adrian: 5. Check if you have used dynamic IP proxy server to surf the net. Please note PA site doesn’t support IP change when a member has signed in. If changed, system would force you to sign out

Adrian: 6. Check if your account has been blocked by PA. If blocked, please contact us to confirm.
