yeah another thread.. Honestly i'm a little nervous about starting as training starts the 29th.

Anyway, I was curious to ya'lls opinion on this. I'm joining wrestling this year and preety exited. I'm 5'5ish and 123pds. i've gained about 7 pds since i started working out about 3 months ago. I bench 154 max squat about 210.. tell me do you think my hieght will affect how good I am?

It shouldn't affect your ability to wrestle too much for your current weight class. I'm not a wrestler, but I'm pretty sure the weight class ends at 125 lbs. If you are in the correct weight class, other people should be around your body stats, and facing against them, you should be fine.

Benching 154 and squatting 210 at 5'5, 123 lbs is pretty impressive I must admit. But like I said, as long as you are in the appropriate weight class, you should be fine. If your coach puts you into the upper weight class, then you will encounter people taller/heavier than you are.

5'5 is perfect.... Longer legs mean they cant grab them easily plus you can use your legs to an advantage.
