Why do you attack people who are killing Green Dragon bots or Revs?

...its a video game. So yes, instead of getting mad by people dicking around and having fun (what video games are made for btw) I just have a good laugh if it were to happen to me. Meanwhile, while I'm having fun, I am not striving to get anywhere "far" while playing Runescape...good try, you are bloody brilliant.

First of all, I was never mad. I was watching Chrisarchie Videos and i saw people doing it. I wanted to know what was the motive for that, could you get them to skull or what.

Video games aren't made to dick around on lol? They are made to play and enjoy.

OMG DRAGON CLAWZ, do you not understand the concept the of pking? You kill other players in the wilderness to obtain loot. An easy way of doing this is killing bot killers, as they often have good loot, due to a perceived lack of risk killing bots, and are often easier to kill, because they believe they have are under little threat. I suggest you think before you post another stupid thread. Thanks.

btw... video games are for dicking around on... (playing and enjoying = dicking around) People who kill green dragon bot killers have just seen you tube videos of people troll botting ect ect .. really i would have to call this more of a fad due to youtubers making it popular. It is profitable but it is indeed a dick move, unfortunately runescape has a whole player base of dickheads who get off on ruining other peoples days.. the lurers the scammers and trolls in general are probably 50/50 with legit non dbag players IF that. On a semi-unrelated note i saw a video where some like 20 year old prick ended up skyping and successfully luring a 10 year old out of all his money.. some GROWN MAN took pride in taking advantage of a child. This is simply the caliber of people that exists today.. people who were bullied in real life get "tough" on a game and bully/scam others.

easy way to collect bones + gear, bot does the work you pk the pker you reap the rewards.

Again, why attack the pker? He might have food and fight back causing you to use your food, pots, gear, etc and lose your money. When on the other hand bots don't attack back. So you lose less food and get about the same. Thanks for your answer.

 

I find it fun to be fair, I know they get mad, thats why its fun, if you want to kill them, you know the risk, it happens to me when I attack them, don't be a newb and fight back like I do.

 

a) I don't think you're going to get a lot more in depth than my answer on the RS general forum. b) Why would it really matter the possible amount of profit? you're using minimal pking gear/supplies and pking 100k+ easily, plus you're having fun pking. c) you're going to get next to no loot killing bots, they're set-up to give minimal loot to prevent them getting killed. d) As for your 'lets stop bots getting money' mentally; you're going to get no support here, in case you haven't noticed half of the community bots, and probably many run the very bots you profess to kill.

 

Why wouldn't I? I come on sythe to have nice in depth talks... I figured someone on this forum would want to. The guy with no items but a polypore staff and food is killing bots, you get no gear nothing. He has a full inventory and you attack him. He says "Fuck it" and attacks your back and causes you to lose all your food in your inventory because he is a 99 magic and hits 400's. Hmm i do not have a "lets kill bots idea" I have a "They can't attack back so kill them" lol? It seems you are posting without reading anything else i've said, because I keep repeating myself.... I dont even kill the bots...

killing green dragon bots to me isnt "Fake Pking" it's Pking. Player Killing for money. Killing GDK's is a great way to make money, as they usually allready have a half invy or full invy and all you have to do is hit them a few times. So why not if you can make good money off of them lolol

Alright; I realise you're not the standard 12 year old kid, so i'm going to give you a more respectful answer. Firstly I agree with gladiatus, killing bot-killers does give immense satisfaction, like 90% of RS players, I love the thought of the other player raging after dying to what is supposedly 'easy pickings'.

Secondly, I completely disagree with what you said about a Polypore staff and 99 magic. The 'fake-bot' would put on protect from magic for a start, meaning 200 would be a lucky hit, 99 magic is also not a huge problem, as I don't know many players nowadays over level 80 (standard bot level) without 99 mage, reducing the effectiveness of magic.
This means that either the bot-killer would be easily disposed of, or, the more likely occurence, the pker would be carrying more than a single staff and food, and thus would have reasonable loot to pk for.

 

Well "Fake Pking" is my own terminology for anything that is "No Honor" player killing.
So reward is greater than risk to you?

I'm 18, so we can go ahead and clarify that. Your bot knowledge, what is this based on? Is your major in botting....? You speak of standards when all Runescape players are different.
If someone is not interested in being bothered with bringing more gear than a polypore staff, they simply won't do it.
1 Prayer Potion, some food, and a polypore staff is really all you will need.
Most bots have Armour on which increases the effectiveness of the polypore staff. Take a Magic Potion, that's is like 3k. Problem solved.

 

i would laugh if there is a person on a main just pking whoever pks his farm
