Satinof Scammed Me

Briefly explain the trade: I was offering a RS Upgrade to him and when he put it in he says it wasn't valid. I requested Surfpin assistance to find problem but he said it was redeemed. He was the only person I supplied upgrade to and I hadn't used it myself.
How they scammed: Saying a pin didnt work when it did therefore not paying me

I then tried to contact surpin support:


Notice his time on the previous MSN pictures was 19:40 but look at the last replied message on the screen i told him pin. GMT/MSN time is two hours ish behind him.

THE PIN WAS NOT REVEALED TO ANYONE ELSE NOR DID I USE IT

User has been PM'd, and has 24hours to reply.

EDIT: According to him Punjabi + Zerker have cleared this with him? No scam has been committed and this can now be closed?
If one of you can confirm when you see this, feel free to close the thread.

 

We still have to look over dans chats and match up the timezones, because from what we seen when we did our conversions the pin was used before it was given to satinof.

 

My chats are in the pic above, cant u see them.
Also if u look at the last message text at the bottom of those msn screenies u can see the GMT time.

He is ahead of GMT time as u can clearly see on his picture on the first few pics.

 

I'm leading to believe the upgrade was invalid and saint isn't to be held liable; I'll leave this open for another mod to have the final say on this however.

 

There has been no response from Dan for days and he doesn't seem to be too enthusiastic about pursuing this. I am thinking this should just be closed soon.

Final thoughts/words from any of the other staff?
