Buying 90+ rs account

I'm looking for a 90+ account, It HAS to have a chaotic: rapier, maul or longsword. some good stats, and good combat stats.

I will use a middleman NOT at my expense. Most i can buy for is around 30-45m

How about a Main with firecape.

 

You better learn to go first considering you only have 1 post. I have some accounts I can sell you, but they're definitely worth more than 20m. You aren't going to get an account with 80+ stats and a chaotic for even close to that. I recommend you look around the market to get an idea of prices, otherwise you're not going to accomplish anything with what you're doing. If you want to go first and pay more for a good account, then let me know.
