Botting down, RSGP prices up?

So as the title suggests...my speculation and question is...

since Jagex's big win against botting..it seems the future of botting seems bleak and limited. This being said, the massive supply of rsgp that was being generated into the game via botting has now been cut off for the most part. Therefore it should not have a negative affect on the prices of rsgp any longer and should stop inflation of the economy in its tracks, right?

so my question is:

do you think the prices of RSGP will begin to make their way back up?




do not spam or flame here please. perhaps there is a flaw in my reasoning...i am very tired lol. Just let me know what you think

Why would the price of rsgp go up? like rsgp goes away, it will stay at the same price, and bots make only more rsgp in the game so it will go down if they come back.

 

Color bots are still up and the price of rsgp also relies on the people that actually want to buy rsgp. If Jagex actually nukes injection/reflection bots and makes it harder for color bots to bot, the price will definately go up. I'm still botting flawless on my summoning tank. One more month until I have enough charms for 86 summoning, then I can gold farm by staking lol.

 

im pretty sure its gone down because the bots are back well atleast my mate thinks so if they got rid of bots again id say the price of rsgp would go up

 

Prices would go up because goldfarmers wouldn't be able to get as much gp to sell.

and i think that even though some people still may be able to bot....the fact that a ton of bots have been disabled, this will cause a little less surplus of rsgp on the market and thus better pricing.

 

Simba is still alive.. Botters are not gone.

 

well considering its around summer time,like every other year,prices will go up since its summer,so if you see prices rising dont think its because of bots being nuked,its because more people will begin to play again

as for on topic,id say yes but VERY slowly,as there are still bots but the numbers have been reduced by a big percentage.

 

Only pixels my friend. Even Though bots go down Im sure we still have farmers. (chinese, Japs) Etc. No racism intended but thats what I think
