Maybe I should have drank more milk as a child, many broken bones : (

For that amount, you will be fine and it will have many benefits as long as your diet is balanced too.

if you drink too much at once you will eventually throw it all up, i dont think you can drink too much a day like maybe 1 cup every hour or something

Yeah, too much if it is pretty bad for your body. Just a simple google search seems to bring up a lot of results, I'd recommend cutting down your milk intake.

    1. Milk is very fatty, especially at above 2% milk. The major problem is the weight gain associated with increase caloric intake of milk.

2.Milk is fortified with quite a bit of Vitamin D and calcium after pasteurization. The increase in calcium can cause a build of of calcified plaques in most notably the gallbladder and kidneys causing Gall/Kidney stones which are very painful and sometimes but rarely dangerous.

I am pretty sure you throw up after a certain amount. I know your parathyroid glands have something to do with the control of calcium levels, and release a certain hormone.
