i have contacted the staff member's Cskiffing & Snow to help me resolve this they have done there best to help me resolve this such as PM'ing the user but it just doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. I am not a scammer of any shape of form this guy did lend me $130 to help get my computer fixed and i appreciated it very much i repaid him 149M ages but i then owed a small amount of 20M i have been trying to contact cheese for so long now but i just cant seem to get anywhere with it.

i never have not thought not to pay the user because i pay up all my dets even when i was banned on my pardon i repaid best part of 1B which i owed out to people even knowing paying this back still woudnt give me a full proof chance of getting pardoned i done it out of my own will because i do think of others feelings.

i have paid back like 90% of what i owe, and would have back back 100% of it if i could have got in contact with him.

so what im hopping for is to be unbanned and i will try my hardest to contact the person and repay the rest of the amount i owe or if a mod/admin could help me resolve this

there was no payment to to me or noting like that we was in a three way covo Me, Brawz and buyer. i still speak till brawz too this day and he said he has tried to recover account and he cant the original owner to the account is Snow petrol

he buyer agreed to buy and that why no payment was sent to me so tbh i shouldn't be involved in this.

it wasn't partnership, he asked me about an account and i said my friends got one for you they done there trade as me as MM, i didnt receive fee's for this nor was any payments to me he knew the account was Bawz and was happy to continue the trade.

i never once owned this account and buyer knew it wasn't mine and the orignal owner to the account is SNOW PETROL's.

all i am in owe to is cheesestrings for his 150M which i paid 130M and have been waiting to pay the 20M for quit some time now and i have had no luck contacting him mods have been PM'ing him for me.

 

Brawsz has told the user has got the money back in anycase but the only member who could help recover the account now is snow petrol.

yes, i spoke to bawsz agen on facebook due to this situation and he told me he has had no luck in recovering account i believe Bawsz (david) to be a very legit member and has always helped me when asked and i have done the same i have trusted him with billions of GP but never once has tried to scam me of any sort. I dont quite know what happened here but, the number as made a dispute for his $400 transaction but now the only person to have lost out here is bawsz and i do feel quite bad for him his not in the best of ways since he his now in negative balance and fears this will affect his high pardon he started up sythe to become a legit member and i do believe him he was banned for admitting for scamming on runescape some time ago not scamming on blackmarkets/pishing he simply scammed doing doubling money scam, yes this is still scamming but he admitted to it why i believe he is changed and is a legit member he donated $300 to sythe got banned didnt charge back the $300 payment i have let him log onto my old runescape account to help me with stuff Holden bills sorry for the long story but i dont want you to think he or i am a badguy this has all just be blown out of proportion anyway the member has disputed his $400. i was also wondering if snow petrol could recover the account for bawsz thanks alot.

 

Please have him provide a screenshot of the transaction ID / Details page of the $400 transaction. If it shows that the user has placed a chargeback, he'll be banned for counter-scamming.

If other mods are fine with it, I'm happy to hold the 20m RSGP that you owe string until he is ready to collect it.

And finally, I've PM'd Snow regarding the account.

Hopefully this gets sorted soon.

I'd like to wait for a few other mods / globals input on the role you played on the account sale before I hold the cash.

 

From how it is portrayed on the thread it looks like you were selling it, even if you sell on somebodies behalf it is still considered a partnership. However if the account/ money is reimbursed I see no reason not to unban.

i purchased an account and snow patrol was the middle man
since i cant access my sythe account i cant check the pm that shows most of the account info, ive tried recovering it with several ways and no success.
anyway

heres proof i got charge backed






all the money i made back in the time ive been banned at sythe is now gone. and im -£60.
my dreams of starting a gold shop is ruined since my paypal is permenantly limited.

 

Now, I've banned "cmalv" for doing a paypal chargeback, so in my opinion, he is out of the picture.
xKronic - If you can find a time to get me on MSN (have someone PM me when you see me on Sythe, I'll happily hold the 20m for you so we can get that aspect cleared.
