    Ape Atoll - for Ranged
    Bandits - for Attack/Strength/Defence

    Best training spots?
    i would reccomend the king training grounds, chaos tunnel mummies for chinning, ape atol for chinning, orgres for knife/bow, black demons for bow/cannon, rock lobs for cannon, experiments for bow/knife.

    bandits is ok with cannon, but you'll be spending more with ppots.

    alt slayer is the method i personally would go.

    red chinchompas i hear are very good when used on skeleton monkey things at ape atoll.
