So here's the deal..

The account can have a max of 20 attack. If the account has 20 attack there is a secondary requirement that the attack experience is from "Death Plateau" quest.

The account MUST have 1 prayer.

The account can not have any defence levels.. (Unless its maxed and 2 defence or something minimal)

The higher the Range and Hitpoints levels, the more RSGP I will pay.

I have an account with 99 range, 99 hunter, 1 defense, 71 str, 1 pray
only like 64 combat. I am the original owner so I have all the info, etc. No email, no blackmarks.

THE ONLY PROBLEM doesn't have 20 attack it has 40 attack.
