RSPS Coder Needed

Hello there, I am looking for a coder to aid me in the creation of my server, I'm not too bad myself but there is things that I can't do, which is where YOU come in, if you decide to do this. If you are successful in helping me and we manage to get a reasonable player base for starters, at least 5 players per se, then I will give you the rank of Developer and Admin.

The RSPS is named FrozenWinds RSPS and hosted by no-ip.
Once I get a coder and we get started and get server up, I will create a forum for the RSPS. (see proximitypkz.forumotion.com for an example of my work)
Somehow accidently took the server offline and can't get it back online D:

I suggest not even trying to make a server if you can't code. It will be pointless to get someone else to do your own work.
