Best training spots?

Basically coming back from a long break and want to know if theres any decent new spots to train? wana get 70-90 range .. are throwing knives still the best?

also wana train my Strength from 72-80 , (only 50 attack , 3 defence so nowhere where i need armour)

 

if you hav the money i'd just go ahead and buy chins but slayer is always a usefull option imo

 

how far could 25m get me?

 

depends on gear, afkness, and strategy.

 

well 0 gear as no defence, will obviously have food? never used chins before though

 

For CB I'd say Ghouls or AFK training at Bandits.

Use the monkey's spot.
Buy red chins and use full void, it should get you almost all the way

Just train str via bandits, afkable and good xp
with range, if you have money chin, if not just knife ogres

Thats about 30k chins, about 93-94 range.

 

stick to experiments since you have low def

 

if u got 43 prayer and have monkey madness completed, u shud go to monkey skeletons for training str and ranged, just bring a few super anti poison, 1-2 super attack/str/ranging (4) and fill the rest of ur inv with prayer potions (4), bring a h oly wrench if you have one

monkey skeletons rack in quite alot of xp tbh on my main im getting about 200k def xp an hour, u wont be getting as much xp on a pure but i think u can still get like 80-90k an hour

when i used to bot experiments on my pure at 90+ str i would get about 45-50k xp an hour on an empty world if the bot didnt fuck up so its still a nice alternative and probably more cost-efficient as all you need to stay there forever is Bones to Peaches tablets!

You don't really want to spend your whole bank on range. I'd say get around 82 via knifes, then chin the rest at ape atoll.
