Mister Fox- Scammer- ban this bitch

Briefly explain the trade: So i had a thread where i was looking to rent a boxer to stake with. A member named Stuffs posted and he seems pretty trusted. Long story short i get messages on MSN from a guy claiming to be Stuffs who will rent me his boxer. Since I am not an idiot, i knew it wasnt Stuffs. Later on, he asked me if i wanted to vouch him for a vouch...and i was like why i didnt even rent your acc. But he wanted to fake vouch each other. So i continued to pretend like i would so i could get his sythe name so i could get him banned. i asked him to link me to his vouches..and he linked me to Mister Fox's thread. He would not PM me or talk to me on his listed MSN...and that is how he gets away with it. He says i cant get him cuz i have no proof, as u will see in the pictures. if something is not done about this faggot, there is a huge flaw with how we do things around here..because he will continue to run freely scamming people as long as he uses those tactics.
How they scammed: he wants fake vouches and he also recovers his boxer that he rents.

Unfortunately there is not enough "solid proof" to actually ban him based on this. I looked into the e-mail of the person you were speaking with ([email protected]), and it's connected to a banned user named STAKER69.

I will consult with another mod who is more experienced with these types of cases and see what they think.

I will continue to thoroughly investigate him in the mean time and find out as much information as I can.

I know it can be frustrating sometimes, but our job is to find as much information as possible and make sure there is enough proof to support a ban. Theoretically, it is possible that Mister Fox could be completely innocent, and that is what we will find out.

Personally, I'd lock this for insufficient proof.

There's absolutely no proof linking that MSN to the accused.
My guess is it's an attempted frame; or if not, we can't ban on assumption.

yeah I totally understand where you are coming from.....and unfortunately you are right.

i just really want the kid i was talking to punished somehow....but as mentioned there is no proof it is mister fox. and if it is mister fox, then he knows what he is doing and will essentially remain unbannable
