Regarding New Crossbow

Hello!

So you probably already heard about the upcoming release of the dragon queen and the new equipment which includes an upgraded/able crossbow.

Now, I'm close to getting 200k Dungeon tokens to spend on a Chaotic crossbow, and was wondering what you all speculate about the new crossbow. Think it will be better? Perhaps be a Dragon crossbow?

My main question is: Should I hold on buying the ccb? Or go ahead and purchase it because even if it is a Dragon Crossbow to be released, it will not be as good as the ccb.

Just wait, it will probably be worth it but it will cost a whole lot for probably the first couple of weeks if it is even trade-able at all.

 

So you think Jagex will release something more powerful, received simply by just killing a very very powerful monster and/or easily buyable. Than the chaotic crossbow which takes way more time, dedication and patience, in other words more difficult to get a hold of.

Is this a logic they are going to start following? What a waste then...

 

if u want to do bossing u need the eagle-eye shield anyway, so u can spend it on that and after the update, buy the dragon cbow

 

Just wait until update because if your nexing you should wait cause a know a ccb is a must so if the dragon crossbow comes out and is better use that instead of the chaotic so just hold for now

 

Yeah better off waiting just to see, I'm sure ccb will be better nonetheless.

Apparently the new cross-bow won't be that great but the effect you get for fully upgrading it is higher damage absorb I think or staggered damage.

 

I would personally wait it out. I'd see if the new crossbow is actually any better then the Chaotic crossbow, because until it's released it'll only be all rumours and nothing would be 100% true.

 

Buy rigour instead perhaps? It's way more worth it in my opinion

i have new feeling the new xbow is going to suck.. they have been talking about a dragon xbow for a long time but i highly doubt it would be "uprgradeable"
i have a feeling this is going to be dwarven army axe type crap. Hope its not though . EIther way wait it out and as stated above eagle eye kite is baws

 

You should get the ccb aswell, If the new crossbow is not that good you have a backup but if it is, You have a range of crossbows to use.

 

wait because the crossbow will probably be just as good as the ccb since nothing has beat it yet but then again i might be wrong.still it would be smart to wait!

 

I'd just go with the ccb, they said it's going to be an upgradeable crossbow, so will probably be some low level junk.

 

Get the ccb.

Look at current chaotic weaponry.

They are all better than their dragon counter-parts.

This will be the same with the ccb vs dragon crossbow.

 

I'm confident that they are not yet ready to outclass their Chaotic weaponry. This crossbow is probably going to be another worthless gimmick weapon, like the Zanik Crossbow.

 

You do have a do point and besides, out of the rest of items I don't see anything else that interests me.
