Will i get banned?

Yesterday, i was botting runespan, but i was watching and talking to players. We started talkins about our 99s and i have 9 of them. I manage to get them very fast lol. So one of the players looks me up and says all this stuff about my adventure log and how i got 99 agility in a week and a half and 99 hunter and 99 fletching in 1 month. botting 24/7 He starts going on and on about how i bot and such and soon convinces all the players i bot. Very ironic cause i was botting at the time and they had no idea. They all said they reported me for botting. Will i get banned, even though they have no proof? and i was talking to them for about an hour

 

I'd say you probably won't get banned because you were talking when they reported you but theres always a chance you might get banned

 

theres a chance you might get banned as the runspan bots are new so maybe they are doing something really wrong and jagex might notice it :3 ive been called a botter countless times never got banned, got like 2200+ total on my main in a year botting aha

Yeah i did switch it to private, but they wernt calling me a bot because of runespan but because of my stats and my adventure log

 

Don't forget that half the time kids don't even actually report people, they just say it to scare/piss people off. Not saying you weren't reported, it's just they may have just been messing about.

 

Most bans comes from reports. So if I were you, I would stay a low profile and stop botting for a while.

 

The fact that you were talking would help your case ALOT. Jagex will look at the time you were accused of botting and try and piece it all together. So the chances are pretty low. As mentioned earlier too, don't bot for a little while.

 

Jagex wouldn't care enough to ban you as long as you give them money from membership.

 

I wouldn't be too worried, I've seen someone at soulwars admit to botting, said some like "I use Simba, it's a bot and I'm alching with it" and there was someone there talking shit about bots and said how he was reporting him. It's about 2 weeks since that happened and the kid is still logging on after admitting to botting. In your case they have no evidence, I wouldn't worry about it but I personally stay away from people and talking about "bots" as I'm always acused of botting, when I do but I've only got 1 99 which is hunter lol, but yeah don't be too worried.

 

Jagex seems to read about 0.000000000001% of their reports. You'll be fine.

 

Always keep your logs private, also no doubt 75% of people who say they reported don't report.

 

And maybe 75 SoF spins.

But yeah they dont read much of the reports so if you lay low you'll be alright.

 

I had an acc back during injection bots that has been reported multiple times by groups of people at Yews and while fishing. It never got banned, I am sure there is a chance but in my case it didnt happen.

 

I wouldn't worry about it too much, the people probably didn't even report anyways and botters don't get banned unless jagex finds hard evidence that you did which is difficult even while botting.
